Reetika is responsible for the banks payments strategy and development as well as working collaboratively with SVB clients and partners to help deliver their solutions to market. She has recently been recognized by Payments Sources as one of the Top 20 Most Influential Women in Payments in 2015. Prior to SVB, Reetika held senior positions at JPMorgan Chase, Clairmail (acquired by Monitise), Wells Fargo, and Sapient.
Stephane Wyper heads MasterCard’s global effort to support innovative early stage startups that are developing the next generation of commerce solutions. He has more than 12 years’ experience in corporate strategy and development, specifically covering the financial services and payments space globally.
Regina has been an advocate for early stage founders at Silicon Valley Bank for the past 5 years. She was a relationship manager for SVB early stage clients in NY and SF before joining the Commerce.Innovated. team. She is currently also pursuing her MBA at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Azriel is a specialist in corporate R&D and innovation. Through his work at AMEX and Anheuser-Busch, Azriel developed multiple patents and launched ExxonMobil’s Plenti integration. Azriel has an MBA from NYU Stern in Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

Eugene is responsible for strategy and new product development for the Global Small Business and Middle Market segments. Products under management included all credit, debit, loyalty and value added services for these markets.
Chris leads strategic payment initiatives across SVB and partners with start-ups and growth companies in the payments and commerce space to help them develop and optimize payment solutions.
Shannon is responsible for working with Fintech and payment clients on their compliance, BSA/AML, and risk programs at SVB. She maintains a CAMS certification and has spent over ten years focused on financial crime and risk management.
Jim manages SVB’s relationships with Silicon Valley based VC firms focused on seed stage investing. Part of Jim’s role at SVB is also working with and connecting entrepreneurs to various resources within the SVB platform.
Garry is responsible for developing and leading initiatives, programs, and strategies to foster innovation throughout MasterCard and also runs the company’s global R&D arm, MasterCard Labs. Previously, Garry was CEO of Orbiscom and has 20 years of experience in software and financial services industries.
Bruce is responsible for leading all bank and non-bank operations and IT services for Silicon Valley Bank worldwide. Prior to SVB, Bruce spent more than 20 years in a variety of management positions with Wells Fargo, most recently as SVP and manager of its treasury management operations.
